Corinne E. Nickerl is a full charge professional paralegal, with over eighteen years of experience in the preparation of bankruptcy pleadings, and oversight over debtor in possession compliance with the United States Trustee’s operating requirements and financial reporting.
Ms. Nickerl has a specialized knowledge of Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings, and a thorough understanding of the procedural and substantive requirements of Chapter 11, and the national and local bankruptcy rules.
Ms. Nickerl also has significant experience in state court litigation and receivership proceedings, and the preparation of pleadings in commercial litigation and receivership cases.
