A Debt Settlement On Your Terms
The most common debt settlement involves the compromise of credit card debt. And that debt can accumulate quickly if balances are not paid in full each month.
Then something comes up, and the bills are higher than expected.
Then the minimum monthly payments cover the interest, but not the new charges. Next month, there is more interest to pay, and soon there is no more available credit.
But the payments become due, and there is no money to pay in full.
The Advantage Of Working Through A Lawyer
Unmanageable credit card debt may be best resolved through a debt settlement that we negotiate on your behalf. Quietly and confidentially.
Because we are dedicated advocates for debt relief, with long years of experience helping individuals work through their financial issues. And because we bring a certain amount of authority to the bargaining table. Creditors can easily verify our experience, and understand that a settlement may be their best alternative as well.
That makes a difference.
Your Own Terms
We will work to try and settle your credit card debt, or other debt, on your own terms, just like we’ve done for many others. Although we can’t guarantee results, we’ve often been able to settle outstanding debt for 25 to 45 cents on the dollar.
We don’t ask for any payment unless we obtain a debt settlement on your terms. If we do, we’ll earn 20% of any savings. And if we’re able to reach a debt settlement, that debt will be gone for good.
We’ll negotiate with your creditors to try and reach a settlement on your terms. We’ll always have your best interests at heart, and only finalize a settlement if it is acceptable to you, on your terms.
If we reach a debt settlement that works for you, we’ll oversee the documentation, coordinate payment, and confirm with your creditor that it is final. Then that debt is gone for good!
Just email us or give us a call with no charge or obligation. We’ll discuss a debt settlement, and how we can work to resolve your outstanding debt on terms that you can afford.
